Main Functions

The rowing machine gets your whole body moving and works out both the upper and lower limbs in the same rowing movement. The sitting position the equipment requires makes it particularly useful and comfortable for anyone who is overweight. This combined workout for the upper and lower limbs activates and provides stability for the entire muscle structure in one dynamic movement.

Training for arms, shoulders, back and the entire leg muscle structure. Improves coordination, vital functions and stamina.

Instructions for Use

Sit on the seat and place your feet on the foot rests. Grab the handles with both hands and start 'rowing'. Do not fully extend your legs. This exercise should be done at a slow and steady pace. Increase speed and total work out time in order to improve stamina.
