Stand and Pull
Trains arms, shoulders, back and chest muscles. Improves strength and agility.
Instructions for Use
Stand in the centre of the platform and hold the handles with both hands. Move your arms slowly and steadily towards your upper body before bringing them back down again. Carry out the exercise at a steady pace and avoid overexertion.
The further apart you place your hands on the handle, the more difficult the exercise becomes. For a more challenging workout, increase the number of repetitions.
