Main Functions

The shoulder/chest station uses the body weight to increase the strength in the upper body. This equipment trains both the agonist and antagonist muscles. The arm, shoulder and chest muscles are activated, strengthened and mobilised.

Improves the protective functions, vital functions and mobility in the upper limbs.

Instructions for Use

Sit on the seat, grasp the handles with both hands and push forwards. Move your arms back and forth slowly and steadily. This exercise should be done at a steady rhythm. Avoid overexertion.
