PULL DOWN CHALLENGER
The shoulder/back station uses the body weight to increase the strength in the upper body. This equipment trains both the agonist and antagonist muscles. The arm, shoulder and back muscle structures are activated, strengthened and mobilised.
Improves the protective functions, vital functions and mobility in the upper limbs.
Instructions for Use
Sit on the seat, and grasp the handles with both hands. Move your arms slowly and steadily towards the upper body and back. This exercise should be done at a steady rhythm. Avoid overexertion.
