Lift-Up Press-Up Trainer

Main Functions

The Lift-up Press-up Trainer trains the shoulder muscles, arm flexor and extensor muscles, as well as the upper and lateral chest muscles. Improves strength, flexibility and vital functions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

LIFT-UP: Get into starting position 1, keeping the body straight and tense.  Slowly pull yourself upwards and lower yourself down again. Position your hands on the rails so that you feel slight physical exertion. The lower you go, the more difficult the exercise becomes.

PRESS-UP:  Get into starting position 2, keeping the body straight and tense.  Start doing press ups, making sure your body stays straight. If this position is too difficult, bend your knees slightly. Position your hands on the rails so that you feel slight physical exertion. The lower you go, the more difficult the exercise becomes.
