The pull up/push up station trains the shoulder muscles, arm flexor and extensor muscles, as well as the upper and lateral chest muscles. Improves strength, flexibility and vital functions.

Main Functions

PULL UP: Get into starting position 1, keeping the body straight and tense.  Slowly pull yourself upwards and lower yourself down again. Position your hands on the rails so that you feel slight physical exertion. The lower you go, the more difficult the exercise becomes.

PUSH UP:  Get into starting position 2, keeping the body straight and tense.  Start doing push ups, making sure your body stays straight. If this position is too difficult, bend your knees slightly. Position your hands on the rails so that you feel slight physical exertion. The lower you go, the more difficult the exercise becomes.
